By accessing to any pages of pacificcoffee.com, you agree to be bound and to abide by the terms and
  conditions listed below.You also agree to our use of information about you as described
  in our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
The terms and conditions may be modified from time to time at Pacific Coffee’s discretion without prior notice.
 
  Terms of Order
 
Offer or products listed in on-line shopping store are not necessarily abailable at Pacific Coffee outlets.
Loyalty point accumulation is only applicable for on-line purchase of merchandise and coffee beans.
Loyalty point accumulation mentioned will be completed within 3 working days upon successful transaction.
Offered goods are on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last.
 
   
  Terms of Payment
 
We accept only credit card payment via Paypal for VISA card, Mastercard, American Express card and
  China UnionPay card.
All payment transactions are handled by Paypal and Pacific Coffee will not be involved.
 
   
  Terms of Delivery
 
All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be borne by customer once the order is dispatched by
  Pacific Coffee.
Pacific Coffee is not liable to any customs, duties or specific licenses to be obtained or applied for
  registration of your purchased products required by the delivery destination. To continue placement of your
  order, you agree to the terms and conditions herein and agree to be responsible for any customs, duties or
  any registration or license requirements.

  The Perfect Cup Card and Gift Card
 
The Perfect Cup Card and Gift Card can only be used at Pacific Coffee in Hong Kong.
The usage of the Perfect Cup Card and Gift Card is abided by terms of service.
The Perfect Cup Card and Gift Card can only be delivered to Hong Kong.
Top-up amount is non refundable or extendable.
The maximum stored value of the cards is HK$2,000.
The Perfect Cup Card will be expired 15 months after it has been activated or after 15 consecutive months of
  non-use. Unused amount and/or point balance shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.
The value will be uploaded to your Perfect Cup Card after 30 minutes upon successful settlement by credit card.
 
   
  Coffee Beans and Coffee Machine
 
Coffee Beans can only be delivered to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia and Canada.
Coffee Machine can only be delivered to Hong Kong and Macau.
1 year free warranty for Coffee Machine with parts and labor provided within Hong Kong.
Customer should provide an individual standard power outlet of 13 Amp.
A demo section can be arranged upon request.
 
   
  Exchange Policy
 
Our products are all checked before dispatch. In case of receipt of incorrect items, please contact us
  for good exchange following below return procedures without extra delivery charge :
  1. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can
    expedite your request.
  2. Send the returning items by registered mail to: Pacific Coffee Company, 7/F Hollywood Centre,
    233 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
  3. Scan the mailing receipt and email to orderenquiry@pacificcoffee.com, please keep the
    original receipt for verification.
  4. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
    - The condition of the goods will be verified prior to any exchange.
    - All exchange requests must be sent to Pacific Coffee Company within 7 days upon receipt of goods.
 
   
  Refund Policy
 
Only in case which the product was out of stock, the value of product and the prepaid delivery
  charge will be refunded.
Refund will be done within 7 working days upon successful payment.
